Klaviyo

Removing user error and stress from marketing campaigns

Internship • Scheduling Feature

1 min read

I had an incredible experience interning at Klaviyo last summer! This case study is in progress but below are my learnings and highlights.

Role

Product Design Intern

Timeline

2 months

Team

2 Designers

1 Product Manager

1 Content Designer

1 UX Researcher

Tools

Learnings

Question everything you see

I learned to consider redesigning anything put in front of me, even if it was from a seasoned designer or PM since designs can always be improved. Going forward, I want to trust my instincts more often and speak up when something feels off.

Help comes from unexpected places

Product designers aren’t the only ones with great design sense! The content designer I worked with supplied some great ideas and suggestions which really propelled the project forward. All the more reason to ask outside of product design for feedback.
